Some great new pressed flower techniques...
Just came across a great video showing some creative ways to use Perfect Paper Adhesive with pressed flowers and leaves. The creator of PPA herself, Susan Pickering Rothamel, shows how to use PPA with botanicals and a variety of different papers, glitter, and mica to create a very interesting collage. Check it out!

How interesting, Elizabeth! Thanks for posting this...I have the gloss PPA but have not used it much. Think I'll give it another try!
Marie Ann,
Same with me! I ordered some gloss by mistake, and never used it, because I didn't think it would work well with pressed flowers. But after seeing this video I'm going to try it.
Let me know how it goes for you!
Wow! Elizabeth, thanks for posting that vid. Even tho' I can't buy PPA over here, I got a great idea from it. I have lots of dried materials and I'm going to make some fabric/paper with them under tissue paper. I explain this technique on my blog at March 8th if your curious.

I like your blog. I'm a plantaholic too.
Hello Elizabeth, I watched this vid and it gave me some very interesting ideas. Even though I can't get PPA here, I can still do things PVA and Modge Podge. I will use flowers in a paper/fabric technique I do. I haven't used flowers in anything for a long time, yet I have a lot of pressed flowers/leaves because I just love to make their beauty last. It is one of the "souvenirs" I collect when we travel. Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks Coleen - very interesting technique! I want to try it soon.
